Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been placed it will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Our average shipping time is 7 days.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

We currently ship with the following global carriers with tracking:

FedEx, UPS, DHL.

Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders! 

Orders in which the address is undeliverable by the carrier, the order will be returned back to the fulfillment center.

It is your responsibility to accept the delivery. If the order is refused on delivery, it will be sent back to your local carrier facility and held for up to 7 days. If you fail to pick up the delivery from the carrier, it will be returned back to our fulfillment center and a refund cannot be issued.

Please note that during the holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation.  The tracking code is included in the shipment confirmation.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUEST

We are able to update a change of address request within 24 hours after the order has been placed. To ensure that your order is delivered, please input shipping address correctly. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your address details or cease shipment.
