We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send product(s) back to us. You must send back unwanted product(s) at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping the product(s) back via Fedex/UPS/DHL.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will issue a full refund to the original method of payment within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise in original condition at our refund station.
