• Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the Canvas is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • If you find any unwanted issue in our print, we will find a solution for you. This includes any manufacturer defects like boils, bubbles, scratches or fading on the canvas. If this occurs we will send you a replacement print for free.
  • If you require a replacement, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the issue along with a clear description of the problem (try to be as descriptive as you can while sending the defective images). It would also be very helpful to name your AWB Number from the outer packaging of your product.
